The actual disease and its cause. Most people are only concerned and afraid when a disease appears on their body. Commonly, they only try to fix it rather than find the root cause of their disease. How could a disease be fixed without finding its root cause?
The reality of diseases
1. Eye-related diseases and disorders are not caused by the eyes.
2. The nose is not the cause of the cold, flu, stuffy noses, sinus infections, wheezing, and other similar disturbances.
3. The ear does not cause blocked ears, itchy ears, or loss of hearing.
4. The mouth, tongue, and lips are not the source of mouth, tongue, and lip ulcers.
5. Skin is not the cause of dermatitis, sores, burns, allergies, itching, hair loss, and dandruff.
All of the disturbances mentioned above are not diseases but symptoms that indicate the body’s activities. The actual disease, disorder, or damage may exist at some other location in the body. Only disease could be healed, not symptoms. That’s why most of the disturbances mentioned above are incurable with any medicine. The only way to cure diseases is to find the root cause of the disease and fix it.
Even though a lot of diseases exist, the technique for curing them is simple. Maintain your calm, do not eat without hunger, keep your body clean, and listen to your body. This technique can be used to cure all kinds of diseases, known as “small” or “dangerous.”

Ensure that your mind is free from any bad feelings like anxiety, sorrow, pride, fear, irritability, etc. Do not overthink anything, including worries about the disease. Keep your mind calm at all times.
Do not eat without hunger.
Eat only when hungry, and stop eating immediately if the hunger sensation disappears. Eat only foods that can be digested easily by your body.
Keep your body clean.
Do not interfere with the body’s waste elimination processes, such as stools, urine, colds, vomiting, or diarrhea. You must understand that whatever is eliminated from the body is trash and is harmful if it stays there.
Listen to your body.
No one really knows you, including your medical professionals. Only your body knows who you are and what you need. Always follow your body’s signs and symptoms. The body will speak to you through its signs, like being tired, sleepy, hungry, feeling heavy, experiencing eye irritation, and so many more. Always be conscious of them and adhere to them.
